Frontier Church + Upward Sports

Beginning in 2026, Frontier Church will host Upward Sports basketball and soccer leagues right here in the Aledo community. Our goal is simple: to create a positive, Christ-centered environment where kids can learn teamwork, grow in character, and experience the love of Jesus—both on and off the field.

We believe sports can open doors to reach families and shape hearts for the gospel. Through Upward, we want every child to:

• Play with Purpose — competing with integrity and joy.
• Grow in Character — learning teamwork, discipline, and perseverance.
• Discover God’s Love — through caring coaches and a Christ-centered atmosphere.

To see families in Aledo and beyond experience life-changing hope through Jesus Christ—one practice, one game, and one relationship at a time.
-Our Evaluations will take place at the Walsh Elementary School Gym on Dec 6th. Time TBD....
--Practices: Early January 5-15 (Week nights)
--Games: January 17- February 21st (6 weeks)
--Awards: February 28th Awards Ceremony/ Coaches game
We plan to offer the league for Kinder 5yr olds through 5th grade.
