A Historic Day: The Launch of Frontier Church
On Sunday, August 17, 2025, we witnessed the fulfillment of a dream, a vision, and above all, the faithfulness of God. After months of prayer, planning, and preparation, Frontier Church officially launched at McAnally Middle School in Aledo. Over 240 people gathered to worship the Lord Jesus Christ, celebrate His goodness, and join together in advancing the gospel into new frontiers.
What made the day truly special was not only the size of the crowd but the movement of the Spirit. Five individuals indicated decisions to make Christ the Lord of their life, and dozens more expressed a desire to get connected in small groups and become part of the foundation of Frontier Church. To God be the glory!
Our launch message came from Romans 10:13–15:
"For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?"
This passage reminds us that salvation is available to all who call on the name of Jesus—but for the world to hear, the church must be faithful to go, to proclaim, and to send. The mission of Frontier Church is clear: we are people becoming kingdom servants, deployed on mission to advance the gospel of Jesus Christ into new frontiers.
Our launch service was a powerful beginning, but it is just that—a beginning. We believe God has called us to be a light on the far west side of Fort Worth, a place where new relationships can form, authentic community can grow, and many can come to know the saving grace of Christ.
To our friends, family, and community members who supported us with prayers, presence, and encouragement—thank you. We cannot do this without you. Frontier Church exists for the glory of God and the good of this community, and we look forward to walking this journey together.
